definitely use lacquer :) will add protection from scratches, and also give it a better shine!

im sure i also have this on my car too! i tie wrapped it out of the way though . does it come from uinder the air box somewhere? so i'm guessing this isn't an issue with it being unplugged? just an optional extra or something?

172 here. and i'm currently getting 36.6mpg around town - 12 miles to work and back on 30/40mph roads. got 46mpg on a run to manchester and back, that was 5 hours of driving at 60mph most of the way, very pleased :)

Hi! I've noticed that after taking my bumper off, that my crash bar is pretty much dent in towards the radiator. this is after a recent incident with a tow bar :( does anyone know if the crash bar on my 172 is the same as a cheaper 1.2/1.4 etc? thanks!

looks really nice! 15 mm spacers make a massive difference. guessing it holds the road a lot more too? and do the coilovers help? because from what i've heard people say is touching the suspension too much causes the car to understeer a bit more thanks :) i'll keep all this in mind!
