Will decat'ing a 182 ff cause EML to come on?

Because at the moment the car needs brakes and tyres all round, the exhaust was rotten from front to back so I got hold of a whole system at the moment there's other things that take priority. I will get it mapped eventually but not right now only wanted to know if it would throw the light on

Everything seems to be fine, sorted the cluster out, levels are all okay Also I've got a little Bluetooth obd reader and the car wouldn't communicate with it as I wanted to check fault codes and that service light went out after a couple min of the engine running

Will decat'ing a 182 ff cause EML to come on?

Thinking of a exhaust system and decat, will this throw the engine light on if so how do you remove it without having to map it? Resetting it on code readers are usually only a temporary fix and usually ping on again with other cars

They were still expensive! Also, another of many questions lol, how easy is it to get another remote key? With fords you just get the key cut and a little immobiliser chip inserted and then a series of turns in the ignition then it works... Don't know what renaults are like

Hi all, bought a random out the blue purchase yesterday, a 182 full fat.
