    rs2 manifold

No fun with nobbly sticks imo, once they're in you wouldn't really know it, no sound, nothing to look at and never going to come back out at car sale time!

    rs2 manifold

As above ^ good OEM engine mounts seem to do the job. It's a quality looking piece of kit tbh.

    EPAS on 172 Cup

If anyone is after a kit I have a complete kit I bought of James for sale here: http://www.cliosport.net/threads/complete-epas-conversion-kit.770809/ I bought it for another car as I have the same kit on mine, but now it is not required so just looking to get what I paid for it.

    AlexW's Driveway Antics :)

If you could that would be great. Extended track width has moved beyond the reach of stock shafts.

Who made the custom driveshafts for you? I'm searching for an option at the moment.

    The tow car

Interesting read. Out of interest have you ever weighed your Clio & trailer and if so what's the total weight?

    Spring rates in race trim.

Mk2 Clio cup was (NM - Lb/In) Front 80 - 456, Rear 130 - 741 Mk3 Clip cup was (NM - Lb/In) Front 95 - 542, Rear 130 - 741 ... according to my past notes. I'd personally run softer all round and a stiffer rear ARB, maybe no front ARB. Time will tell.
