Yep, used them and couldn't fault the service. Came the next day and programmed a new card, cut the emergency blade and removed any other key cards registered in the ecu other than the two I have. Wouldn't leave until I'd fully tested the new key card.

If you don't mind the travelling then Prospeed in Cardiff are highly recommended. If your after somewhere more local and don't mind a Powerflow system then Rye Motors in Ashton aren't bad. Had a powerflow from them may years ago on a previous car and couldn't fault it...

Set the clock/date on your Pc to 3 or four days earlier. Reboot the PC. This should clear the problem. Set clock/date back to original date.

I had something similar a few days ago. I ran Microsoft update and there was a fix that was downloaded, something to do with illegal dll relocation of third party software. I'd try that first, it might do the trick.
