Mars Red V6 #111

So, I lasted about 2 weeks without a clio. I sold the ph1 172 to partly fund my new purchase.

After starting out at 4am on Saturday, I took the flight to Aberdeen to pick up the V6. When I landed the place was covered in snow, not exactly the best test driving conditions, especially when you've never driven one before! Left Aberdeen at about 11 and didn't get home untill about 9.30. One long arse drive.

Thought I would give her a quick wash today as I was off and she was covered in salt from the Scottish roads. Not the best idea when your i'll. It was baltic.

The noise the V6 gives off is incredible, especially over 5k revs. Something I will never tire from hearing.

It's also suprisingly good on fuel too, 550 miles to a tank and a half, I was most impressed.

Costs about £80 to brim with V power. That got me to Liverpool. I did Liverpool to Bracknell on half a tank!

£1,500 at 23 y/o only £500 more then the 172, I would have shopped around, but I didn't want to loose a years no claims by chaing to another insurer. I'm happy to pay the difference untill it's up for renewal un Aug.
