Yozza exhausts?

  172 cup, Impreza P1
How do you tell the difference between their race systems and is it supersport systems? Is there any other types and do some have more frequent and difficult maintenance to be carried out?

Cheers,
Steven

Yozza make a race, stealth and race-stealth. The supersport isn't a yozza system.

They're all exactly the same maintenance wise etc etc. The decision is:
If you want it stealth and quiet, stealth.
Stealth and loud - stealth race
Loud and under bumper - race. (the man's choice of exhaust)

Was there not an older system called the supersport? Maybe I'm wrong.

Looking at buying a second hand system and it may need repacked at some point but thought I'd read Fred saying there was on system that was a pain in the ass to do.

I want it loud and proud so no stealth.

yeah it was avaliable a while ago (has a smaller tailpipe) i took it off the list as i didn't like it (i didn't have any involvment with that one!)

to repack that one you'll have to cut it open

Hi fred quick question about my stealth system I bought 2nd hand a little while ago(like new) its a bit noisy at low revs, sub 2k (wet fart like) but clears as revs rise. Are they all like this or is it something to do with my fitting?

exhaust paste on cat joint, gasket on backbox joint, you think i need silicone?

I'd appreciate some help please.
I'm not a regular on here and I'm sure it's been asked before but.....

My wife has a 182 and the exhaust has cracked and pretty much rotted.
She doesn't want a loud exhaust, close to OE as possible.
Would a yozza stealth system suit?
How much are they?

Thanks

A stealth wouldn't be the one you're after mate.

They're for 172's.

We are doing a quieter 182 system, but alas it'll cost more, no details yet as i haven't even started to design anything

My KTR/Janspeed is pretty quiet tbh.

Even though it has no centre silencer.

Would be my choice again if I was looking for one to replace to OE exhaust.

Thanks again.
It appears k-tec are the cheapest for the janspeed cat back. £330
Think the standard cat is in ok condition ( is it made from different steel to the rest of the system?)

I would try and get a second hand off here tbh. Although you will have the same problem in a few years.

Same problem?
s**t stainless steel or problem with the welds?

From a quick read on here millteks suffer from dodgy welds!!!

None are as quiet as the standard system, they go pretty cheap in the for sale section. But yes they will eventually rot!

Pretty much all of the manufacturers offer a lifetime guarantee, so I wouldn't worry about it!
