Yet Another Fan Speed Resistor Question

My fan speed resistor is showing the first signs of immanent death operating at variable speeds,I've read on another thread which I can't find that I could repair it instead of paying over £120 for a new resistor pack at the stealers. Can anyone tell me what part of the resistor I need to replace and where to buy it from?? Many thanks.

I had to replace mine the other week. £111 at trade prices.

20 mins or so to fit, but it's fiddly!

I bought the same part for the Mrs Fabia VRS from GSF earlier for £33 but they can't supply one for the Clio and I really begrudge being ripped off at the stealers :evil:
I read that it could be the ballast or something is the part that fails on the resistor pack and it can be replaced by soldering in a new part for a few quid but just want to know what part I need to get to repair it???
