Xenon dipped - twist or pull?

How the feck does the bulb come out? I removed the xenon pack.
Big hands and cold weather don't help on the verge of taking the bumper off now.

The actually electrical unit that rotates onto the bulb sometimes spins with the bulb itself. I had this pain. Was shite.
You have to rotate the bulb until it can then be pulled out of the electrical thing. (Don't know what it's called sorry)

Thanks - i'll remember for next time.

In regards to changing these - for those who haven't done it before, it can be done with just removing one half of the bumper and pulling it down to access the light cluster.
