Wiper linkage.

Hi, mines a 182, 05 plate, but there probably all the same, can you get replacement plastic sockets, to fit in the end of the link bars, if there worn? just seems a shame to have to change the whole system for a 50p bit,

Could't find for the clio linkage these sockets, but there are many linkages on ebay, used but in good condition at a decent price

Mine were squeaking and knocking, just replaced the assembly with one from ebay. Really easy, remove wipers, remove black trim, undo three mounting bolts and unplug, put in new linkage and reassemble making sure wipers are positioned correctly. Spray loads (tonnes) of silicone all over the linkage joints, motor, studs and they'll work silently.
