What springs need help!

I'm pretty new here and want to lower my clio on springs, I'm looking for a drop of 30-35mm and I would prefer to have eibach, but as I'm new I'm pretty unsure! My car is a 1.2 and it's the extreme model 06. And also where would you guys recommend buying from? Thanks!

if anyone knows any good Branded 40mm springs for the mk3 1.2 could you help?
or if h&r 45s would be good on standard shocks?
