what reg/year do clio's have power steering

hi all
wouldnt seem to let me post in the clio section but i was wonderin what year/reg do clio's start having power steering for a 1.2 will it be the new shape clio or mk2

My first clio had power steering and that was a mk1 ph3 1997/98 model mate.

Mines a 95 model and has power steering....1.4 though

i think all mk1 RL models dont have it but all RT's and above have it!

I'm not certain either but I know mine had ABS and PAS which I was told is quite rare for the early models.

My old 92 K reg RT didn't have it (also did not have electric mirrors or sunroof shade). Before I bought it, I test drove a 93 K reg RT which did have all the above.

On Mk1 1.4 RT's it's on all Ph2 and Ph3 but on Ph1's it was optional I think. A guy I know has a Mk1 Ph3 1.2 and that doesn't have any power steering. If it is one of the new shape clios you were going for then I would be very surprised if it didn't have power steering.

its not on all ph2s. Mine (Grande) has, but my dads girlfriends clio (not sure what model but its not as sorted as mine) hasnt. both ph2 mk1s
