no shouldnt affect the insurance, at least, none of my previous cars have had any issues (used to buy write offs)

It is the same car! Description is exactly the same, except he has changed all of the things I questioned him on! He was also buyin a Lincoln Navigator before, not a BMW IIRC.

Plus the one in the link before looks like it was stopped by ebay. Very suspicious if you ask me!
