warm starting probs. on a clio

Hello people. I would appreciate if i could pick your brains. My sister has a clio 1.2 runs perfectly but a few times a week if the engine is restarted when warm it will refuse to fire. Turns over at normal revs , no smell of unburnt fuel from the exhaust. no partial attempt to start on the first turn of the key to suggest a faulty fuel pump not pressurizing and ofcourse no check light illuminating. Eventually if left for 30 to 60 mins it will start almost instantly.only being doing this last 3 weeks so nothing to do with fuel vapour lock etc. Many thanks
