Warm start issue.

OK bit of an odd one.
My 172 cup hasn't been started in ages and the battery is flat to I jumped it off a spare battery today.
It fired up and ran lovely for about 10 min.
Tried to restart later (jump start) and it wouldn't start. When it did it was only firing on 3.
Any ideas chaps?
I can only think of the tdc sensor.

Any ideas before I swap out the catand O2 sensors

If it's only on three then can only be injector, plug, lead or possibly but unlikely coil pack.
