Variable wiper speed stalk

Hi there,

I have recently bought a 182 cup which does not have the variable wiper speed stalk and was looking to replace it with the stalk that does. Is it just a straight swap or do i need to do some modifications? How easy is it to install?

With respect to the wiper stalk conversion, I was a bit nervous at first as I have no experience with this auto-electric stuff. But it was surprisingly easy and it didn't take long at all. This time of year the variable speed wipers come in very handy, too.
