Valver wheels (not turbines) centre hub caps: what can I use?

I have 4 1.8 16v wheels that I use for winter tyres, I removed the centre stock hub caps because they're awful but don't really like the uncovered hubs...
What can I use? A while ago I've seen a Renault Kangoo with steelies and it had some hubcaps that could fit but I'm not sure.
The hub actually is not flat but prominent relative to the central hole in the wheel on two wheels...

Keep them naked, looks perfect. 172 Aliums look better without centre caps aswell imo.

You will be able to use something, I used some centre hub caps from a vauxhall on my old clio, Its just a case of luck really, Maybe just paint the hubs nut area to hide the rust?
