Transmission help...Driveshaft? CV Joint? Gearbox?

I have a ph2 172, And when the car is IN gear, Clutch pedal isnt pressed down there is some sort of spinning noise similar to like a helicopter noise, When I press the clutch pedal down it goes away, You can also slightly hear it when acclerating...

Sounds like the release bearing/slave cylinder might be on its way out. Hard to tell without hearing it though

Seems worse when warm? Its not like a whine - It almost sounds like a wheel bearing - Sort of like a helicopter noise...

I have the same issue with my 172, it’s had a cambelt change and seems to be coming from front near side. Very noisy and started after a long drive on a motorway.
