TED48 and D48 same colour?

Hi all,

I am going to order some paint to do some colour coding, the door sticker states that my car's colour is TED48 Nautilus blue, apparently Renualt Nautilus blue is D48. Just checking to see if its the same colour and the TE doesn't actually mean anything - I can't seem to find anywhere that does a spray of TED48, however I can get a can of D48.

give renault a call perhaps parts and pick his brains he will have the codes etc

There's 3 shades apparently to that colour, I had some mixed from my local paint shop and the one they supplied was a different shade compared to the car. Best to take something with you so they can match it properly.

Arg, typical Frenchness! I just need a basic can of the stuff to colour code my door strips etc, sounds like it might be an expensive process now!
