springs wrong way up?

ive had eibach springs on my car for almost a year now, and ever since ive had them on my handling has been absolutely shocking, ive replaced pretty much everything including 4 new shocks.
only thing i can think of is maybe the springs? i dont think they are but just wondering if any1 could tell me if these are the wrong way up?

Worn shocks. since you have lowering springs on stock shocks.
