Spraying over filler?

Primer has come up a different colour/shinyness for the patches that have been filler up (using p38), even though I made sure to sand very well after filling and the surface was left very smooth! (240>600>1500)

Will this go after a lick of basecoat?

i guess you keyed the whole area so the whole panel looked the same, same finish etc.

have you given it another coat when it was dry?

it may not show up with a base coat but depends on the colour etc.

Tbh i've only given it the one coat of primer. Since my post it has dried and gone away slightly, but i'll let it dry and give it another coat tomorrow.
