Sound system setup

Right, I'm a total noob when it comes to ICE. What im after is a good amplifier and 12" subwoofer which I want to fit in the boot floor (removing the spare wheel). I don't want it to cost me a fortune, what are peoples recommendations?

Are there any 12" subwoofer boxes available that would fit, sunken into the spare wheel well?

Or could somebody make me a flase floor with box etc. for sub and if so how much for?
