Sony Ericsson LCD Screen

Got a Sony-E Z610i flip phone, screen broke a while back, bought a new LCD which arrived today, but they dont come with instructions, the phone is in about 10 differrent parts, but getting the actual LCD screen out of the the top flip is impossible!

I searched for hours today solidy google, checking forums, pdf etc..

Anyone know a site where I can find a guide for this?

Or maybe someone has replaced one themselves?

Hmmm, thats mainly a SE site so if they cant help..
