some kind of rattle

When driving around 40-50Mph there is a slight rattling noise on the front drivers side somewhere, it is very puzzling where exactly it is coming from, but as soon as i stop accelerating the noise just stops.

does anyone know what this may be causing the noise? it is really irritating when i haven't got my music on and its all you can hear when accelerating between 40 and 50 Mph

to be honest im not sure it could be either... the best way i can explain it is it sounds like when you shake a bic ball point pen and you hear the rackle noise its very similar
