Seat Removal - possible without also removing runners?

I've a set of Pole Positions to go into my phase I V6.
i've also got a custom set of side mounts that bolt on to the existing Clio runners.

My question is; is it possible to remove the standard seats from the runners without releasing the runners from underneath the car?
From initial inspection, it looks like the answer is no, but wondering if anyone knows of a way........

If not it'll have to be a jack up job.

You can try to get at the bolts on the runners to release the seat, but it'll be 15 million times easier to release the runners.

Yes it is possible. If you remove the plastics you'll find 13mm (iirc) nuts bolting the seats to the runners. 3 on one side 2 on the other iirc.

First time I ever did Clio seats I did it from inside as I didn't know you could get under.

It's a bit tight but possible.

Removing the seats is a 5 minute job. Be better off making your life easier.
