Seagate 7200.12 series - RAID??

  Ph2 172
Am I missing something here?

Have just bought a pair of Seagate 7200.12 series 500Gb drives, planning to run in RAID 0 on my Dell XPS420. They are replacing a pair of Western Digital Blue 250Gb's that has had a failure on one of the drives.

However, when I run the PC up (not installed OS yet), It says I have no RAID setup, and also lists the drives as not being RAID compatable. From the Seagate documentation, it seems to suggest that they can be run in RAID.
