How easy would you say it is to change the above its leaking and i just need to do as cheep as poss really lol

Inlet manifolds gotta come off, will have to remove part of the engine loom too. Then you can remove the rocker cover. You only need basic tools, 10mm and a ratchet etc. First time you do one will take you 2-3 hours id say.

Would you say just to pay 45 quid and get somebody 2 do it or try my self ??

For £45 id get someone else to do it, assuming they know what theyre doing.
