Rocker cover damage, scrap?

Afternoon guys,

I have just come to inspect my rocker cover prior to refitting the head and have noticed this damage on the end,

If you look where the cam will sit closest to the camera you can see a piece is missing.

Is this going to cause the rocker cover to be scrap you can it still be used aslong as there are no sharp edges?

It'll still be fine. Just make sure the broken edge is smooth and nothing is protruding that will score the cam.
