Well i got of my fat ass and did it. The noise in overrun was getting a bit to bad to leave..

Got these out

and put in some shiny new ones.

also put a new clutch in before the release bearing went all the way through!!

But before any of that could be done I had to replace this...

Replaced the sump gasket to while the subframe was off..

now I can get back to cleaning..

yep, spent my time 2 days !!! To be honest I was using another car so was in no real rush. replace the coolant and brake fluid while I was on.

well its pasted the test the clutch is now light enough so the wife can drive it. we are planing a trip to the south of Spain this june now... The wife has the day off tomorrow so she is going to skoda to pick a new front spliter up for me..
