rear wheels rubbing on bumper, help!

hiya basically running 8j wheels now have rolled/flared rear arches and wheels have plenty of room now its just its rubbing over bump in top corner of bumper. what options do i have, need to push the bumper out more, could i put washers on the bumper brackets to push it out?

Put a flap wheel on a grinder and remove the plastic off the bumper until you've got sufficient clearance. Or you could always put some camber shims on the rear end assuming you've got enough clearance on the inside. My 15's rubbed on the rear bumper so I just left them to remove the bumper the required amount. Just remember to take the speed clip off that holds the arch liner in at the top otherwise it cuts into your tyre.
