rear shocks for a 182

i know there are various threads on this topic but i have a few direct questions,
firstly does any one know a preferred make of uprated shock for the 182 and where to get them, ive searched the internet for ages and there isnt too many sites selling shocks for 182s
secondly, some of the sites ive searched say the shocks fit 172s but dont mention 182s and others say the shocks just fit clio sport 2.0s, is there a difference between the two clios
lastly is there a difference between the clio 182 with cup options and clio 182 cup

ALl the rear shocks are same fitment, but the cup ones are stiffer.

Just buy standard from Renault?

i seen some spax gas filled adjustables,68 pounds each
and ive also seen some cup standard ones
