Rear seats removal help please

Just looking for somewhere to ground my amp so I was thinking of sanding down the metal under the one of the bolts of the rear seats but it just seems like the bolts wont come out at all. Are they notoriously hard to remove or anything or am I just being a little bit useless. Also, is there any other grounding points on a MK2 Clio or is this the normal one?

I had major trouble removing my rear seats. The bottom of the bolt is under the car so gets covered in all sorts of crap. You need to get under there and clean it up properly.

For the earth on my battery conversion I used a bolt at the back of the handbrake
