Rear 02 sensor!?

The diagnostic on the rstuner says I have a rear o2 sensor fault, how hard/easy is it to change this? Would this problem effect performance? Thanks for any advice

Easy to change. Unplug and unscrew old one. Screw new one in and connect.

Rear sensor is cat efficency monitoring only so not performance affecting.

Much should I look to be paying for one of these? Should I change the front aswel just incase?

If the front is working/switching as per spec then there is no point changing it unless you have some money you don't want. If it's slow to switch then you may as well change it whilst you're under there.
