Rain sensor, does the A/B/C letter matter?

So I need to get my windscreen replaced due to a crack but my rain sensor is pretty much cemented on as it never worked very well.
Mine has the part number 8200063060B but I have seen the same part number with letters A and C, do the letters matter? As some are twice, if not 3 times as cheaper than others (used in good quality), nothing majorly expensive but ranges from 7.50 to 25.00

My car is a 1.5 dCi 80.

The A / B / C does not come up on the renault parts system.
