Plumbing headlight washer jets

I have a non sport clio with the 172 kit on. The front bumper has the washer jets and I kinda want them to work. Is it worth my while to have these working? Would it be difficult?
Main reason being apparently in the MOT it's a fail if they don't work and also its something different for a non sport.

Mot fail if you've got xenon lamps as its a legal requirement! Otherwise I'd be looking at blanks. You'd be changing washer bottles, switches, relays all sorts!!
