Petrol smells

Hello all

As a first time post and new user want to pick ur brains.

Just taken delivery 182 cup but stinks of fuel! Traced it to the junction of the upper and lower inlet manifold. Have noted 5 bolts keep them together. Does anybody know the correct torque for these bolts or where can access the spec for reccommended settings

Yep ... or if its really bad get the AA out to take the car back for you!

The intake manifold mounting bolts should be tighened to 1.2 +- 0.2 daN.m

The Injectors support boltds (i imagine this is th one you achually want) is 2.1 +- 0.2 daN.m

Not being funny mate, but if you manage to c**k it up more and renault realise this and know you tried fixing it, they WILL void your warrenty, Id take it back.
