Stunning mate as always. What PP have you done on the B&W's? Are they filtered? For me they are bang on the money!!

Just saturation/contrast/clarity/sharpness tweaking, I was using a polarising filter as well which deepens the colours and takes the shine off the shiny surfaces and Thanks mate!

Great shots, plenty of atmosphere in these.
Especially like the R26R in the car park.

Cheers Ben! The cloudy/overcast lighting was quite good for pictures surprisingly, gave a nice look to them. Well that mixed with a slight tweak in lightroom, but my new 50 F1.4 is working wonders for car shots, much better than my 35 F1.8 was.

Haha it does seem a bit weird, I’d been going to meets even before that with my brother (Brett on here), so thats the reasoning behind it haha, and I knew quite a few people from the NW area so I signed up, plus to post my pictures

I really miss the days when i was working round Oulton park area, many a lunch hour spent watching the track day fun there.

Its the 1800cc turbo with a bit of headwork, bigger intercooler, bigger turbo but still on standard ECU so could get more power by changing that. It was rr'd the other week and got 299bhp at the flywheel. 1st time out with it since doing a gearbox conversion to a Toyota GT4 gearbox as the original was a weakpoint and he didnt trust it.

I thought it looked quick, it was giving some of the scoobs/evo’s a run for their money on the straights!

Great pics, i love Oulton. That kitted out astra seems to be there everytime i go, unless theres a flock of them that take it in turns too attend, bloody quick too.

I found the same with a few shots I took of a Daytona in Bangkok, same conditions, works wonders surprisingly!
The 50 1.4 is an epic piece of kit. We've got ours back out for people shots now!

Some of my pictures from Saturday only got a few that are okish the rest are blurry. None are any were near nialls quality though. Photo bucket seems to have made them look worse aswell.
