OBD Fault Code Description Required

Hi guys.

Trying to diagnose fault with car but can't find book for reader.
Fault is P0130.

Needs proper diagnostics really but found this o2 sensor http://www.obd-codes.com/p0130.

What symptoms have you got?

P0130 - 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Running on three. Suspect HT leads. Been on since new and 65k on clock now. Good spark comes from HT box on each lead port. If I take leads leads off one at a time and put back on one #3 does not alter engine. Others male it stall so I assume the lead feeding on 3 is a little tired.
Machine has seen two codes. One the number I have shown and the other is saying N/A so could be leads and oxygen sensor.

swap the spark plugs around and see if misfire moves.
