O2 wireless isn't working

So after all my posts saying how great O2 wireless is etc etc it has decided to break!

The wireless box isn't sending out the signal... i have connected to the laptop via the ethernet cable so i know the internet is working...

I have tried re installing it etc but it just says when it comes to "sorting" wireless connection that it isn't working..

Any ideas ?

Ring o2. They are REALLY good at helping you when you have a problem.

I've only had to ring them once, but seriously give it a go.

hardwire ur o2 box back to ur laptop/computer and type http://o2wirelessbox.lan/ in internet explorer or firefox (whichever u have) and check settings

^^ have clicked on that mate but i don't really know what i'm doing after that.. need an idiots guide..

it just says Home Network - Wireless , no devices detected!

Come on someone must have had this problem before and fixed it? A lot of CS members seem to use O2!
