BenR's Catcams would be the best depends what setup you have though as to gains.

You need the manfold modying to make the most though anyway.

had the mani done and wanted to get new cam's if the gains would be good or would they be a waste of time and money .

not just BenR's, Schrick are at the top of the list also, Ben's are very good though

Just be careful where you get them installed as they are super sensitive to the timing and tensioning procedure, which greatly affects the torque curve. Its not quite as simple as having the 'tools'.

We dont normally fit 'just' cams as it becomes disappointing for the labour costs involved.

But its £1611 for the cams fitted, modified inlet, remap, cambelt kit, oil & filter, coolant, plugs.
