need to replace passenger seat

have no idea or cant see how to remove passenger seat to replace it for new one

any guidance or advice please :S

from underneath. you should be able to see two rubber plug covers near the side shirt where the runners end from inside. the other two are under the exhaust heatshield.

Need need to get under the car, remove the two plastic covers on either side, (one torx on each side and then they just clip off) now you can undo from the top. This is if you don't need to replace any of the frame etc, just the seat.
