MOT window question

My passengers side window regulator broke so the window keeps falling down, im gunna secure it shortly but will a non moving window effect the MOT? Im thinking not but thought I would ask on here as there are a few testers on the forums!

They don't actually check the windows operation on an MOT so just make sure its up when it goes in.

(A folded piece of car jammed into the bottom of the window/rubber normally does the trick)

Yep windows not checked if they open or not, as long as the door still opens from the inside
