MK3 number plate bulbs

I've already changed my bulbs on my number plate, but looking to upgrade again.

How the hell do you replace them without snapping the reflector/cover? I can get the assembly out easily, but just can't get the clear reflector off without breaking it. I snapped one in half and cracked the other a little.

I made a thread on this a while back, you just pop the whole black part out, then take the clear cover off. Took me a few mins to figure out

just re read... I found the clear bit the easiest bit to remove, no idea what you're doing sorry

if you're at a meet soon ill do it for you if you're in no rush?

Oh I had a quick search but couldn't find anything. Yeah sure, I have done it once but struggled and managed to snap one clear lens. Found everything else easy, apart from getting my chubby fingers in to take out/replace the bulb haha.

Yeah definitely, sounds good.
