Maxogen fitting help

Hi,

Got my maxogen today and fitted ok - very tight fit and had to move a couple of hoses to get clearance but seems all good :approve:

Then clearing out the box to put it in the bin and found this :S

Anyone with a maxogen know what its for??

Yes. When the standard cold air feed pipes are removed, there is one that goes through a metal plate off the cross member (near the battery) its to blank up that hole, sort of a heat sheild

by the arrow

Yup, proper bit of kit the Maxogen, they think of everything :approve:
