Manifold to cat k-tec kit help

Bought 1 of these kits from k-tec came today and the fire ring seems too big hardly goes into the decat pipe at all and as a result the bolts don't fit either. Any ideas anyone

Have you cleaned up where the holes are? You might need to get a screwdriver and remove a bit of rust.

Ye done all that mate the fire ring is the problem doesn't even go half way in the end of the decat pipe making the bolts 2 short even if they was long enough the seal would be no good by the looks of it

From k-tec so not sure.

It's a scorpion decat pipe as well.
