Manifold/Down pipe to cat kit blowing exhaust

Hi

So this is on my 182 trophy. The joint has been blowing for a week now, so I took it to the local exhaust place today to put up on a ramp to see what the problem was. One of the bolts has totally corroded and no longer has the spring and on the other side the bolt has pulled though the down pipe flange and made that side bigger than the head on the bolt.
My question is ...if I get a new kit.. Is there some sort of shaped washer that can be used to stop the bolt from being pulled though ??

There is a "cap" that fits into the flange to stop the bolt sliding through included in the kit

Just get a genuine renault manifold > cat gasket kit and it comes with everything you need.
