lower inlet removal guide?

Hello guys
Hate posting these threads!

I found a guide to removing the lower inlet manifold on a 172 cup the other day and now after looking for hours, I can't find it! Can anyone help with a link?

I know how to do everything bar actually removing the lower manifold itself - does the engine mount need to come off?
