Loud drouning viabration noise below 50 MPH

I have a mk1 clio, when i am driving below 50mph theres a very loud droning noise and it can only be heard from inside the car and it seems like its coming from the left side of the car.

Also the noise stops when i go above 50mph

Could it be the wheel bearing?

I'd guess wheel bearing as well.

I couldn't hear mine above 60-70ish because of the wind and tyre noise.
