laptop wont uninstall a programme

I was running a blackberry until earlier this year and had the blackberry wizard installed on the laptop, as I no longer have the phone I decided to uninstall the programme but it wont allow me to. it runs through the procedure and will then pop up a box saying "1316 the specified account already exists" and the stops the uninstall...any ideas on what I can do to stop this.

Try downloading and installing a free program called CCleaner. I've used it for years, running the cleaner once a week and the Registry repair feature and my laptops have never had a problem and have run brilliantly. Included in the program is an Uninstall feature which might be better at uninstalling than the standard Windows version.
