Knocking on bumpy surfaces

  172 Cup & K20 Ph1
Hi All,

My 172 Cup is primarily used for the track, although as it's still road legal, taxed, MOT'd and insured I occasionally use it for going to the gym etc. When on track it's fantastic, but when driving on a bumpy road it knocks quite a lot on the front suspension, now this is NOT just when turning corners or going slowly, it's constantly. My current setup is as follows-

Gaz GHA Coilovers
Ktec Solid Top Mounts
Eibach camber bolts (running -1.5 at the moment)

It doesn't matter whether the suspension is at its 'track' stiffness or when I've dialed it down a couple of notches for the road, it's always knocking. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Rhys
