Juddery engine...HELP!!!

Just been out, and after about 15 minutes the engine started juddering the higher i rev'd the car the less juddery it got, but when i was at a stand still it started juddering and when below 2k revs it was really bad...please can some one give me a little help as to what this could be?

it seems to be laking power aswell when accelerating...:S

that was mine did but put my foot down and it would hardly pull.then it went and wouldnt start up again

just about to go and get a set of plugs just incase one of them has packed in

Lambda sensor? Does your engine emissions light come on at all?

i think its the coil pack, anyone have any idea how hard these are to change? and how much they cost?
